The Goddess is an ongoing multi-year project that compares psychological and ecological states to reveal the nature of unwanted intrusive thoughts through encounters with invasive flora. By following the River Bann as it flows north from the Mourne Mountains to the Atlantic, a longitudinal line is provided, directing focus for embodied looking and engagement with nature.

Through the mapping of parallels between this topographical landscape and the psychologically concealed landscape within, the work reframes mental well-being within a wider, interconnected context.
